When you miss an appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of another client who could have scheduled the appointment for the same time. Additionally, I work by appointment only to accommodate your convenience, so I could have traveled to the spa specifically for your service.

When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.​
