Booking Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to schedule an immediate follow up appointment where we will make it right. Please note, there are no refunds on services provided and no refunds on open retail. Deposits are non refundable can be sent cash app or zelle .

When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of another client who could have scheduled the appointment for the same time. Additionally, I work by appointment only to accommodate your convenience, so I could have traveled to the spa specifically for your service.

When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.

No-shows will be charged 100% of treatment scheduled.
